Welcome to Lumière. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Our products

Lumière sells at-home LED light therapy masks and accessories. Our products are cosmetic wellness devices intended for personal use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Always follow the included instructions, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a light-sensitive condition, take medication that increases light sensitivity, or have any concerns.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

4. Product use and safety

Use the mask only as described in the instructions. Do not look directly into the LEDs, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and stop use if you experience discomfort. Keep the product away from water and out of reach of children.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will match the physical product. Product details and pricing may be updated at any time without notice.

6. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, photo or other content, you grant Lumière a non-exclusive right to use it in our store and marketing. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lumière or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
