Shipping Policy
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
- Standard shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.
Delivery time
Our masks ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Typical delivery time is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location. During busy periods or customs delays, delivery may take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show its first scan after the shipping email is sent.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and most countries worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but is missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we will investigate and send a replacement where appropriate.
